儿童分泌性中耳炎120例的诊断及治疗效果观察

目的：通过对比鼓膜置管术和鼓膜切开术应用于儿童分泌性中耳炎治疗的临床效果，探讨更适合患儿的治疗方法。方法：将120例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者随机平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组被施用鼓膜置管术疗法。对照组被施用鼓膜切开术疗法，术后对比和分析治疗效果。结果：实验组痊愈54例，无效2例，总有效率为96．7％，对照组痊愈45例，无效8例，总有效率为86．7％。两组疗效对比差异有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论：鼓膜置管术应用于儿童分泌性中耳炎疗效显著，安全性高，值得在临床上推广和应用。

The observation on diagnosis and treatment effect of 120 cases of children patients with otitis media with effusion

Objective： Through comparing tympanostomy tube insertion and tympanotomy applied in treating otitis media with effusion （OME）,to explore the better treatment method for children OME patients.Methods： 120 cases of children patients with otitis media with effusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average. Experimental group were treated with tympanostomy tube insertion therapy, and control group were treated with tympanotomy therapy. The therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed after operation. Results： 54 cases in experimental group healed, and 2 eases were in vain, the total effective rate was 96.7%.45 cases in control group healed, and 8 eases were in vain, the total effective rate was 86.7%. The treatment effect in two groups showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tympanostomy tube insertion applied in OME showed significant effect and high security, so it deserves Popularization and application in clinical work.
