| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性大面积脑梗塞的临床与治疗的关系。方法对多发性大面积脑梗塞的诊断和治疗效果分手术组和非手术组进行分析。结果手术组死亡率和致残率远低于非手术组。结论减压术是治疗外伤性大面积脑梗塞的重要救命措施,但要把握好手术时机和术式,并为侧支循环建立争取时间。
