骨氏葆胶囊对骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响

目的观察骨氏葆胶囊对骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响。方法将105例成年人骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组,治疗组70例应用骨氏葆胶囊,每次6粒,每日3次口服。2组对照组35例应用维生素D10000U,每日1次,钙片500mg,每日3次口服。2组均3个月为1个疗程,连服2个疗程。采用双能X线即时成像骨密度(骨龄)测量仪测量治疗前后腰椎(L2~4前后位)骨密度值,并检测骨代谢指标血碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血钙(Ca)及血磷(P)变化。结果2组骨密度治疗后较治疗前均上升(P<0.05),男性、女性患者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后血P、血Ca均没有明显变化(P>0.05);血AKP2组治疗后均较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),且2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨氏葆胶囊可明显增加骨密度,升高血AKP,为治疗骨质疏松症提供了客观依据。

Effect of Gushibao capsule on bone density and bone metabolism of osteoporosis

Objective To observe the effect of Gushibao capsule on bone density and bone metabolism of osteoporosis. Methods 105 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two group. Patients in treatment group were treated by Gushibao capsule, 6 pills, three times a day. Patients in control group were treated by Vitamin D (10 000 U, every day) and calcium tablet (500 mg, thrice a day). The therapeutic course was three months in both groups. Bone density of abdominal vertebra was measured by skeletal age measurement before and after treatment for evaluation of effect. Bone metabolism indexes of AKP, blood Ca and phosphours were measured. Results Bone density and AKP were significantly increased after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences between two groups after treatment in blood AKP. Conclusion Gushibao capsule was more effective on the treatment of decrease of bone density and blood AKP induced from osteoporosis.
