| 摘 要： | 本文对我院225例经病理学证实肺癌放射治疗后胸部平片演变征象进行了分析。描述了肺癌放射治疗后共同X线表现:肺部病变的变化及肺组织放射性损害。着重分析了中心型肺癌与周围型肺癌放疗后的特征:前者以三阻征象(即阻塞性肺气肿,阻塞性肺炎,阻塞性肺不张)改善为显著;后者为肿块不同程度缩小,消散。而且对放射性肺损害进行了分型:蜂窝状、条索状、板状。 目前,放射治疗已成为肺癌临床治疗的重要手段,本文资料对医师在肺癌的诊治过程中有一定作用。

| Abstract: | The evoluation of the X-ray signs in plain film after radiotherapy of 225 cases pathologically proved bronchogenic carcinoma were analysed. The common X-ray singns of radiotherapy of bronchogenic carcinoma were described: changes of central bronchogenic carcinoma as compared with peripheral one treated eby radiotherapy were discussed as following: the former shows improvement in the obsrtuction emphysema, atelectasis and pneumonitis. The X-ray appearance of radiation injury will be classified as: (1)honey-combed type, (2) rope type, (3)board type.Up to nows, radiotherapy is the important method in treating bronchogenic carcinoma. The informations in this paper should contribute to the clinical practice in the prevention and treatment of bronchogenic carcinoma. |
