银杏叶提取物辐射防护作用的研究

摘    要:目的利用深部X射线照射小鼠,形成辐射损伤,研究银杏叶提取物对小鼠抗辐射功能的影响。方法通过计算小鼠骨髓细胞的微核率和染色体畸变率来考察银杏叶提取物的辐射防护作用。实验组剂量为5mgL/kg,10mg/kg,20mg/kg,阳性对照组给予生理盐水。结果三种不同剂量的银杏叶提取物均使小鼠的骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率及骨髓细胞染色体畸变率有明显的降低(P〈0.01)。结论银杏叶制剂可能通过清除自由基对骨髓细胞产生一定程度的保护作用,而且这种保护作用达到了平台期,呈现相同程度的辐射抗性。

Abstract:Objective Using the radiation damage model in mice irradiated with Frays to study the antiradiation function of different dose of Ginkgo Biloba leaf Extract(GBE). Methods The micronucleus (MN) test and chromo- some aberration (CA) test were applied to evaluate antiradiation protection functions. The experimental groups were given GBE respectively by 5.0 mg/kg, 10.0 mg/kg, 20.0 mg/kg, and the positive control group was given sodium chlo- ride. Results Different dose groups showed significant decrease in both MN test and CA test compared with the posi rive control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The BMC protection effect of GBE may be produced by removing free radi- cals,and reach a platform which presented the same antiradiation degree.
