不同质量规范在唐山市室间质量评价中的应用

目的探讨GB／T20470—2006国家标准和生物学变异确定的质量规范在唐山地区室间质量评价中的应用。方法对唐山地区参加室间质评的单位对钾、钠、氯、钙、磷、葡萄糖、总胆红素、尿素、尿酸、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、r谷氨酰基转移酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶等19个检测项目进行评价。结果评价项目以基于GB／T20470—2006国家标准和生物学变异导出的允许总误差作为室间质评评价标准计算出及格率，质量规范变窄后，钠、氯、钙、总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐的合格率明显降低；由生物学变异导出的允许总误差作为室间质评评价标准计算出及格率，除钠、氯、钙项目不足80％的实验室达到最低评价限，总蛋白、白蛋白检测项目有80％的实验室能达到最低评价限，钾、磷、葡萄糖、总胆红素、肌酐、乳酸脱氢酶有80％以上实验室能达到适当的评价限，尿素、尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、r谷氨酰基转移酶、肌酸激酶有80％以上的实验室能达到最佳评价限。结论唐山地区由生物学变异确定的质量规范作为评估标准与国家标准是相同的。

The application of different quanlity specifications in tangshan routine chemistry external quality assessment

Objective To discuss the application of GB/T 20470-2006 and allowable total error from biological varia- tion in routine chemistry external quanlity assessment （EQA） in Tangshan area. Methods Data of test items including K,Na,CL,Ca,P,Urea,Glu,TP,ALB,UA,TBIL,Cr,Tc,TG,AST,ALT,GGT,CK and LDH was collected and evalu- ated by a EQA. Results Percent of pass was different in these test items based on GB/T 20470-2006 and TEa derived from biological variation in EQA results. Except for items of Na,CL,Ca,about 80% of participant laboratories could a chieve the minimum performance of biological variation. About 80% of participant laboratories could achieve the desired performance of biological variation for K, P,Glu, TP, ALB, TBIL, Cr, and LDH, About 80% of participant laboratories could achieve the optimum performance of biological variation for Urea, UA, Tc, TG, AST, ALT, GGT, CK Conclusion The quality specifications derived from biological variation as evaluation criteria in Tangshan area is same as nation- wide EQA.
