高效液相色谱法测定盆腔炎康胶囊中四氢帕马丁含量

目的:建立测定盆腔炎康胶囊中四氢帕马丁含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:Waters高效液相色谱仪C18分析柱;流动相:甲醇磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.2)(65∶35);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:280nm。结果:四氢帕马丁在0.068～0.340μg范围内有良好的线性关系。回归方程:A=54927.94c+838.10(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.50%,RSD=2.26%(n=5)。低、中、高3种浓度日内日间变异均小于1%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确、快速、重复性好。适合盆腔炎康胶囊中四氢帕马丁的质量控制。

Determination of tetrahydropalmatine in penqiangyankang capsule by high performance liquid chromatography

AIM: To establish the determination method of in Penqiangyankang capsule by HPLC in order to control the quality of this perparation. METHODS: The column was C_(18). The mobile phase was methanol-phosphate solution(65∶35). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of tetrahydropalmatine and peak area(A) in range of tetrahydropalmatine 0.068-0.340 μg. The regression equation was A=(54 927.94) c+838.10(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.50 % with RSD=2.26 %(n=5). The intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 1 % for low, middle and high concentrations. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, rapid, repeatable and could be used for quality control of tetrahydropalmatine in Penqiangyankang capsule.
