硝苯地平对不明原因复发性流产患者子宫动脉血流动力学的影响

目的探讨硝苯地平对不明原因复发性流产患者子宫动脉血流动力学的影响。方法选取2019年6月~2020年5月在我院就诊的不明原因复发性流产102例患者为观察对象,随机将其分成观察组(53例)与对照组(49例)。对照组不采取任何诊治,观察组增加硝苯地平治疗。将两组患者诊治前、诊治7天后的子宫动脉血流动力学指标PI(搏动指数)、RI(阻力指数)、S/D(收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速)]指标进行综合对比。结果治疗7天后,观察组患者的子宫动脉PI、RI、S/D水平均较治疗前下降,且对照组均高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平对不明原因复发性流产患者的子宫动脉血流动力学有改善作用且效果显著。

Impact of nifedipine on uterine hemodynamics in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion

Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine on uterine artery hemodynamics in patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage.Methods From June 2019 to May 2020,102 patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage who were treated in lianyungang first people's hospital were the observation objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(49 cases).The control group did not take any diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine.The uterine artery hemodynamic indexes PI(pulsation index),RI(resistance index),S/D(peak systolic flow velocity/end-diastolic flow velocity)indexes of the two groups of patients before diagnosis and treatment and 7 days after diagnosis and treatment were comprehensively compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the uterine artery PI,RI,and S/D levels of the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and the control group was higher than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine can improve the uterine artery hemodynamics in patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage and has a significant effect.
