Value of pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound in judging pelvic floor functional injury and therapeutic effect in patients with stress urinary incontinence

Objective To study the application value of three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasonography in pelvic floor function damage and curative effect judgement of patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 40 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted from September 2017 to September 2018 were included in the study group.Another 40 normal postpartum women were selected as the control group.The study group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment after delivery.Both groups received three-dimensional ultrasound examination of pelvic floor.The pelvic floor functions of the two groups were analyzed and compared Area of pelvic floor hiatus,Posterior horn of bladder and urethra.Distance from bladder neck to lower edge of pubic symphysis.Results The area of pelvic floor hiatus and posterior angle of bladder and urethra in the study group were larger than those in the control group before rehabilitation treatment,and the distance from bladder neck to lower edge of pubic symphysis was smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The area of pelvic floor hiatus and the posterior angle of bladder and urethra under Valsalva maneuver in the study group after rehabilitation treatment were smaller than those before treatment,and the distance from bladder neck to lower edge of pubic symphysis was larger than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the area of pelvic floor hiatus,posterior horn of bladder urethra,distance from bladder neck to lower edge of pubic symphysis between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasonography can accurately judge the pelvic floor function damage in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence,and can be used as an important reference for evaluating the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation.
