| Abstract: | Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is an interventional technique for emerging patients with high-risk aortic stenosis.Evaluation of preoperative aortic root imaging is the key to ensuring the success of TAVR surgery and an important part of avoiding serious complications during surgery.Currently,the mainly used for imaging methods for measuring the aortic root are echocardiography,non-contrast magnetic resonance imaging,multi-slice spiral CT scanning.This article reviews the anatomy of the aortic root,TAVR,and common imaging evaluation methods,experiences,and specific measurement indicators of the aortic root before TAVR. |
