鼻内镜逆行咽鼓管注射溴己新对难治性分泌性中耳炎患者中耳积液炎症因子水平的影响

目的分析鼻内镜逆行咽鼓管注射溴己新对难治性分泌性中耳炎患者中耳积液炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2020年1月南阳市中心医院收治的78例难治性分泌性中耳炎患者,根据信封随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜逆行咽鼓管注射溴己新治疗。比较两组临床疗效及炎症因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗后临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白介素细胞-5(IL-5)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论难治性分泌性中耳炎患者应用鼻内镜逆行咽鼓管注射溴己新的疗效突出,有助于降低患者中耳积液炎症因子水平。

Effects of injecting bromhexine via retrograde eustachian tube under nasal endoscope on middle ear effusion inflammatory factors in patients with intractable secretory otitis media

【Objective】To analyze effects of injecting bromhexine via retrograde eustachian tube under nasal endoscope on middle ear effusion inflammatory factors in patients with intractable secretory otitis media.【Methods】A total of 78 patients with intractable secretory otitis media treated between May 2017 and January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomized into the control group(n=39,conventional drug treatment)and the observation group(n=39,injecting bromhexine via retrograde eustachian tube under nasal endoscope).Clinical efficacy and changes in inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the clinical response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum and middle ear effusion tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-5(IL-5)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Injecting bromhexine via retrograde eustachian tube under nasal endoscope is markedly effective in treatment of intractable secretory otitis,which is conductive to reduce levels of inflammatory factors in middle ear effusion.
