Abstract:Objective To study the effect of CT perfusion imaging(computed tomography perfusion imaging,CTPI)on non-small cell lung cancer through anti-angiogenesis therapy.Methods 100 cases of non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were used as the experimental group,and all were treated with anti-angiogenesis;100 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were treated by placebo in the same period.Results As a control group,the CT perfusion parameters of the two groups of patients were observed after 1 cycle of treatment:after 1 cycle of treatment,the perfusion value,peak enhancement,and blood volume of the disease control group were lower than those of the disease progression group(P<0.05),and the maximum diameter of tumor tissue changed the rate was positively correlated with the rate of change of CT perfusion parameters.ROC showed that the rate of change of perfusion value was the highest in the diagnosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer disease control and disease progression(99.3%),and the rate of change of perfusion value was more accurate than non-small cell lung cancer patients in evaluating the efficacy of diagnosis and enhanced peak value and blood volume(P<0.05).Conclusion CTPI can reflect the effect of anti-angiogenesis treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and the changes of microcirculation in patients early.The rate of change of CT perfusion parameters is positively correlated with the rate of change of tissue size of patients.The efficacy of the rate of change of perfusion value in the evaluation of efficacis highest.
