| Abstract: | Accurate preoperative cTNM staging of gastric cancer is of great significance for designing treatment plan and estimation of prognosis.The 8th edition of TNM Staging System for gastric cancer provides a basis and guidance for the clinical study of gastric cancer imaging.The operation process and standard in imaging were fully affirmed in this edition.The imaging signs of cT staging were also introduced,but the standards of various imaging methods in cT staging of gastric cancer have not been unified,which also brings some confusion to diagnosis work.Combined with the 8th edition staging system,the recent research progress of preoperative cT staging of gastric cancer was reviewed in the fields of EUS,MDCT and MRI. |
