新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间大型医疗机构医院感染综合防控策略及评价

目的旨在为大型医疗机构应对突发传染病暴发疫情提供参考。方法本文总结了某大型医疗机构新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间如何从门诊、住院部、工作人员防护等方面进行风险排查,以及如何将国家规范指南落地的管理经验。结果2020-01-23/02-26该院共上报新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例41例,其中确诊病例4例,确诊病例出现时间点与成都市疫情高峰相吻合。疫情期间患者和工作人员未发生新型冠状病毒肺炎院内感染。结论通过各级风险排查和执行综合防控策略,新冠流行期间该院医院感染防控工作成效较好。

Comprehensive Prevention and Control Strategy and Evaluation of Healthcare-associated Infection in Large Medical Institutions During the COVID-19 Epidemic Period

Objective To provide references for large medical institutions to deal with the outbreak of infectious diseases.Methods This paper summarized the management experience of how to conduct risk screening from the aspects of outpatient service,inpatient department and staff protection in large medical institutions during the COVID-19 epidemic period,and how to implement the national guidelines.Result 41 suspected COVID-19 cases were reported in the hospital from January 23 to February 26,2020,including 4 confirmed cases.The confirmed time of those 4 cases coincided with the epidemic peak in Chengdu.No novel coronavirus pneumonia infection occurred in patients and staff during the epidemic period.Conclusion Through the risk screening at all levels and the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control strategies,the hospital had achieved satisfied results in the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection during the epidemic of COVID-19.
