联合检测波形蛋白、抑制素A在卵巢癌诊断中的应用

目的探讨联合检测波形蛋白(vimentin)、抑制素A(INH-A)在卵巢癌诊断中的价值。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月南阳市第一人民医院收治的卵巢癌高度疑似患者82例,所有患者均接受免疫组织化学法检测vimentin、INH-A水平,以病理诊断结果为“金标准”,分析vimentin、INH-A及联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断效能。结果82例患者均经临床病理诊断检查,其中卵巢癌39例(47.56%),卵巢良性病变43例(52.44%)。82例患者经vimentin、INH-A及联合检查卵巢癌的阳性率分别为46.34%、47.56%、50.00%,诊断卵巢癌与金标准一致性分别为0.192、0.221及0.805,联合检测与金标准的一致性最高。3种诊断方法中,以联合诊断敏感度及准确度最高,INH-A次之,vimentin最低(P<0.05)。结论联合检测vimentin、INH-A能够明显提高卵巢癌的诊断效能,可为临床诊疗提供较为准确的参考依据。

Application of combined detection of vimentin and inhibin A in diagnosis of ovarian cancer

【Objective】To explore the value of combined detection of vimentin and inhibin A in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.【Methods】Eighty-two patients with highly suspected ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.All patients underwent epidemic histochemical detection of vimentin and inhibin A levels.The pathological diagnosis was used as the"gold standard",and the diagnostic efficacy of vimentin,inhibin A and the combined detection of ovarian cancer were analyzed.【Results】All 82 patients were examined by clinicopathological diagnosis,including 39 cases of ovarian cancer(47.56%)and 43 cases of benign ovarian lesions(52.44%).The positive rates of ovarian cancer in 82 patients detected by vimentin,inhibin A and combined examination were 46.34%,47.56%and 50.00%,respectively,the consistency of the diagnosis of ovarian cancer with the gold standard was 0.192,0.221 and 0.805,respectively,and the consistency of the joint test with the gold standard was the highest.Among the three diagnostic methods,joint diagnosis had the highest sensitivity and accuracy,followed by inhibin A,and vimentin had the lowest sensitivity and accuracy(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combined detection of vimentin and inhibin A can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of ovarian cancer,and can provide a more accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
