| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of low-dose plate digital substraction angiography(DSA)in coronary angiography.Methods A total of 60 hospitalized patients,all with normal body weight of 50~70 kg,were randomly divided into the low-dose group(30 cases)and the conventional control group(30 cases).After the completion of coronary angiography,all images were scored by two interventional cardiologists in a double-blind method.The dose area product(DAP),cumulative doses(CD)and image quality scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no statistically difference in image quality score;the doses area product(DAP)and cumulative dose(CD)in the low-dose group were smaller than those in the conventional control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-dose mode of DSA is feasible in coronary angiography,which is worthy of clinical application. |
