| Abstract: | Objective To establish nursing measures for placental MRI examination,so as to improve the compliance and effectiveness in pregnant women.Methods Among them,80 pregnant women took general examination procedures,including appointment-preparation-examination.Other 80 pregnant women took the improved nursing measures,including appointment-education-question-preparation-examination.We applied the method of descriptive statistical analysis for data.Results The examination time of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group.And they were completed successfully in one time.In the control group,6 patients had asthma,vomiting and other symptoms.After the nurse for appeasing them,they completed the examination in the second cooperation.Two people were incarcerated due to serious fear.Conclusion A whole nursing program plays an important role in the compliance and effectiveness of MRI examination in pregnant women. |
