瞬时加速度波强W_1与脉象时域分析参数的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨颈动脉瞬时波强W_1与脉象时域分析参数的相关性及其临床意义。方法对53例正常人,应用ALOKA公司Prosoundα10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行颈动脉瞬时波强W_1检测,应用DDMX-100脉象仪进行桡动脉脉象时域分析参数检测,并研究两者的相关性。结果W_1与h_1呈正相关r=0.401,P0.01);W_1与h_1/t_1呈正相关(r=0.482,P0.01);Wd_1与h_1呈正相关r=0.293,P0.05);Wd_1与h_1/t_1呈正相关(r=0.305,P0.05)。结论瞬时波强作为一项研究心血管系统血流动力学的新技术,有望为脉象研究提供新技术和新方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of instantaneous accelerating wave intensity (W1) of carotid artery and time domain analysis parameters of pulse preseutations and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty three cases of healthy people were included. The W, of carotid artery was detected with Prosound α 10 color Doppler ultrasonograph made in ALOKA company. And the pulse presentations time domain analysis parameters of radial artery were detected with DDMX-100 pulsography. The correlation of the both sides was researched. Results There were positive correlations between W1 and h, (r = 0.401, P〈 0.01), between W1 and h1/t1(r = 0.482, P〈 0.01), between Wd1 and h1 (r =0.293, P〈 0.05), between Wd1 and h1/t1(r= 0.305, P〈 0.05). Conclusion As a new technique researching hemodynamics in cardiovascular system, WI is hoped to provide a new metbod in evaluating pulse presentations.
