| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服糖皮质激素对AECOPD的疗效。方法将86例AECOPD住院患者随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组。对照组42例,给予控制性氧疗,敏感的抗生素和支气管舒张剂。治疗组44例,除上述治疗外,口服泼尼松30 mg/d,连服10天。观察肺功能FEV1、血气分析PaO2、呼吸困难改善天数和不良反应。结果治疗组FEV1为1.01±0.23 L,比对照组0.88±0.26 L明显提高(P0.05)。治疗组PaO2为74±11 mmHg,较对照组73±12 mmHg明显提高(P0.05)。呼吸困难改善天数治疗组2.7±1.2天较对照组6.0±2.0天有明显缩短。不良反应无明显差别。结论口服糖皮质激素可改善AECOPD肺功能及临床结果,建议短期使用全身糖皮质激素。
