1例人感染高致病性禽流感病例流行病学调查

[目的]查明人感染高致病性禽流感病例传染源及传播途径,进一步阐明疾病自然史、流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供依据。[方法]对患者进行个案调查,对病人密切接触者进行登记,开展不明肺炎病例主动搜索、查阅病人临床资料,了解当地禽间禽流感的发病情况。[结果]患者发热(体温38℃),胸片示肺炎征像,白细胞2.15×109/L,淋巴0.47～4.80,经正规抗生素治疗无效,气管痰液A/H5N1病毒核酸阳性,病毒分离阳性;有禽类接触史,当地有成批病死禽现象。确诊为人感染高致病性禽流感病毒(H5N1),经救治无效死亡。[结论]这是1例人感染高致病性禽流感死亡病例。
