实验诊断学教学改革的探讨

摘    要:实验诊断技术的迅速发展与实验诊断学的教学现状形成了巨大的反差,如何消除这种差距以适应临床医学发展的需要,这是一个值得探讨的课题。本文从教学目标、教学大纲、教学设施、教学经费、教师素质等方面分析了实验诊断学的教学现状,并进行了针对性的改革,转变教学思想,改革教学方法,丰富教学内容,提高教师素质,取得了一定的成效。

Abstract:The present-day teaching model of laboratory diagnostics cannot keep up with the rapid development of laboratory techniques. How to change the disparity and meet the requirement of medical development deserves discussing. The current status of laboratory diagnostics teaching were analyzed including objectives of teaching, teaching syllabus, teaching facilities, teaching funds, teaching faculty. Such measures as changing teaching idea, reforming teaching method, enriching teaching contents, improving teachers quality have been proved effective.
