| 摘 要： | 对使用蝮蛇抗栓酶、藻酸双酯钠的高粘血症患者各９０例进行用药前后的血液流变检测。结果发现：二组患者用药后，血液流变各项指标均有明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。蝮蛇抗栓酶降低血浆比粘度及纤维蛋白原的能力优于藻酸双酯钠。提示：在作用相近的情况下，蝮蛇抗栓酶对纤维蛋白原及血浆粘度偏高的患者，尤为适用。

| Abstract: | Ahalysantinfarctasum and polysalhaside sulfate were used by patients for decreased the blood hyperviscosity each other.Before and after treatment,the hemorheological properties were examined on 90 cases each group.The result showed that after medicine were took by patient in each group,some indexes of hemorheology were reducing the ability for plasma viscosity and fibrinogen was that the ahalysantinfarctasum was better than polysalhaside sulfate on the statistics,it was very significant different(P<0.01). |
