| 摘 要： | 对原发性心肌病患者甲襞微循环状况进行初步观察，结果显示：１８例患者中有１６例均有不同程度的甲襞微循环异常改变（８８．９％），甲襞微循环加权积分均数３．９２±１．５５，以流态异常和血管袢畸形最为常见。
