蝮蛇抗栓酶对沙鼠脑缺血软脑膜微循环的作用

摘    要:通过对沙鼠软脑膜微循环指标观测、脑组织细胞Na,K-ATP酶活性测定以及大脑神经细胞组织病理学以及透射电镜观察,探讨了蝮蛇抗栓酶对动物急性脑缺血的防治作用。结果表明,蝮蛇抗栓酶对缺血性脑损伤不但具有溶纤、解聚、抗凝作用,而且还能使脑膜细动脉、静脉血流增快,直接改善循环血流动力,使已梗塞的血栓凝块松解,减少微血管内红细胞、血小板的沉积,从而促进微循环再通。同时,蝮蛇抗栓酶还能降低脑缺血时微血管通透性,渗出减少。预先注射蝮蛇抗栓酶可使脑缺血动物的脑膜细动、静脉血流保持在较快水平,减轻大脑细胞Na,K-ATP酶失活程度,并且对脑神经细胞和胶质细胞具有明显的保护作用。提示蝮蛇抗栓酶对脑缺血损伤从器官到细胞不同层次均具有良好的作用。

Abstract:Effects of ahalysantinfarctase in prevention and treatment on pia mater microcirculation in gebils from cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were studied by quantitating the index of pia mater microcirculation,detemining active changes of Na,K-AT Pase in cerebral cell,observing changes of ultrastructure in cerebral cells.The results showed that ahalysantinfarctase also can increase arteriolae and venule flow velocity and improve immediatelly blood flow kinetics,besides solvating fibrin,relieving erythrocyte aggregation and antiagglauination.It can loosen thrombasis at obstructive area and reduce deposition of RBC and platelet on microvasculature,so it accelarated free circulation of the blood again.pormeability can also be decreased.When preventively in jected ahalysantinfarctase,the blood flow can be kept in high level,Na,K-ATPase inactive degree can be reduced in cerebral cells and cerebral nervous cells and colloid cells can be protected.Suggesting ahalysantinfarctase has good role on prevention and treatment in animals suffered from cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
