颅高压与脑软膜微循环障碍

摘    要:借助一种新技术,测定活体动物的颅内压,在测定过程中,应用微循环显微镜通过颅骨窗观察了脑软膜的微循环。结果表明,随着颅高压增高,脑软膜的微循环障碍就越严重,表现出严重的细胞聚集和脑软膜微血管的扩张,最后脑软膜微循环停止流动,动物死亡。实验提示:临床上脑高压症必须早治,要在脑微循环障碍出现临床症状之前。

Abstract:With the help of a new technique of measuring the intracranial pressure of animal in vivo was presented. By this operation in proceeding, pial microcirculation was observed through the window of the calvariun with a microcirrculatory microscope. The results showed that the higher the intracranial hypertension increased, the serious stasis of the pial microcirculation was. A serious aggregation in blood cells and very dialtation in pial microvessels was appeared, finally, the pial microcirculationwas stopped and the animals were death. The experiment suggested that some diseases of intracranial hypertension must treat it quite early before the clinieal symptom of brain microcirculatory stasis in the clinic.
