| 摘 要： | 近年采用ＲＩＡ夹心法测定１３４例ＨＢＶ感染者及３６例非患者的血清ＨＢｓＡｇ；Ｒｅ并以同期测得的血清ＨＢｃＡｇ等作对照。结果在１１０例ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性者中，检出６９例ＨＢｓＡｇ．Ｒｅ阳性，３３例ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性者中，检出２６例ＨＢｓＡｇ．Ｒｅ阳性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,it was reported that serum form 134 cases infected with HBV and 36 health per- son were assayed for HBsAg . Re by radioimmunoassay. The result is that compare with HBcAg and other as- .ayed at same time , 69 ( 62. 7% )case. with positive HBsAg. Re wcre detected i. 110 cases with positive HB- sAg;26 cases with positive HBsAg . Re (78. 8%)were detected in 33 cases with positive HBeAg;The study further confirmed that positive HbcAg of/and HBsAg . Re were sensitive and reliable signs of that viral hep- atitis B is infectious and virus is active replication. |
