| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应发生情况。方法:对我院2003年～2005年上报的348例不良反应病例进行回顾性分析。结果:引起不良反应发生的药品涉及广泛,发生频率排在前3位的是抗感染药物、循环系统用药、解热镇痛药。不良反应临床表现主要是对皮肤、附件、消化系统、中枢及外周神经、呼吸系统等的损害。结论:应重视药物不良反应,加强监测工作。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate adverse drug reaction in our hospital.Methods:The reports on 348 cases of ADR from 2003 to 2005 were retrieved and analyzed.Results:The anti-infective agents,drugs of circulation system,drug of antipyretic and against pain were the head of three.The adverse effects were mainly allegic reaction,skin and its appendage damage,in gastrointestinal tract,CNS and PNS,respiratory system.Conclusion:Close attention should be paid to adverse drug reaction and strengthening ADR monitoring work. |
