536例泌尿生殖道支原体培养及耐药性分析

目的了解本地区泌尿生殖道感染患者的支原体培养及其耐药状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃IST2支原体培养鉴定以及药敏试剂盒,对536例泌尿生殖系感染患者进行支原体培养鉴定以及药物敏感性试验,并进行统计学分析。结果536例患者中,支原体阳性有275例(51.3%),其中解脲脲原体(Uu)阳性245例(45.7%),人型支原体(Mh)阳性15例(2.5%),Uu与Mh混合感染15例(2.8%)。药敏结果显示,支原体对原始霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素敏感率较高,分别为96.3%、87.8%、87.3%;对喹诺酮类抗生素氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的敏感率较低,分别为16.7%、3.3%。结论泌尿生殖道感染患者中,支原体的感染率较高,主要以Uu为主,且耐药率较高,为临床诊断和治疗支原体感染提供依据。

Mycoplasma cultivation and its drug resistance situation in 536 cases
