| Abstract: | Central cervical cord injury is a common type of incomplete traumatic cervical cord syndrome. This syndrome has been characterized by more severe motor impairment in the upper extremities than in the lower extremities,by bladder dysfunction(urinary retention) and by varying degrees of sensory impairment below the lesion. The prognosis of central cervical cord injury is usually good. |
