| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中脑周围池形态改变与高血压性脑出血的预后关系。方法：前瞻性研究首次检查以高血压性脑出血为主要诊断的119例病人的CT图像及临床资料。结果：统计分析发现中脑周围池形态改变与高血压性脑出血的预后有相关性。结论：中脑周围池形态改变是判断高血压性脑出血治疗效果及预后的有效指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between morphology changes of mesencephalon surrounding cisterna and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:To study the clinical data and CT image from 119 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were diagnoses in first craniocerebral CT scan. Results:Statistical analysis showed that morphology changes of mesencephalon surrounding cisterna associate with prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion:Studies of morphology changes of mesencephalon surrounding cisterna were effective characteristic about predicting treatment and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
