摘    要:目的:设计合成一系列新的取代苯甲醛缩二胺类双席夫碱,通过抗菌活性测试寻找具有抗菌活性药物。方法:以取代苯甲醛与二胺类经缩合反应,合成席夫碱,并进行体外抑菌活性筛选。结果:合成了8种席夫碱,其结构经元素分析、IR和H^1NMR确证。结论:合成的席夫碱对多种致病菌有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: A series of novel substituted benzaldehyde diamines Schiff bases were synthesized for screening antibacterical agents. Methods: The Schiff bases were prepared by the condensation reaction of substituted benzaldehyde with diamines. Their antibacterial activities were tested. Results: Eight novel Schiff bases were synthesized and their structures were identified by elementary analysis, IR spectra and H 1NMR. Conclusion: The synthetic Schiff bases have displayed significant antibacterical activities.
