摘    要:目的:探索DEHP(邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯)在小鼠体内蓄积和分布情况。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱一质谱(GC/MS)的选择离子检测方式对染毒小鼠各脏器进行定量分析。结果:染毒小鼠各脏器中检测到DEHP,有剂量一效应关系;并在对照组中也检测到DEHP的存在。结论:DEHP可在动物体内蓄积,对人类可产生潜在危害。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP)in nice fed DEHP and try to find out its situation of distribution and accumulation in mice.Methods:The selective ion monitoring mode of gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used to analyze qualitatively DEHP and detect the internal organs of mice fed DEHP.Results:DEHP was detected in organs of mice fed DEHP and dose-effect relationship was observed.At the same time DEHP was measured in control mice.Conclusion:DEHP can accumulate in organs of animals and it has possibly potential hazard on human being. [
