| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者康复的影响。方法64例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者在内科常规治疗和综合康复治疗的基础上,同时接受电刺激小脑顶核治疗1个月,采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分法和Barthel指数进行功能评定。结果两组患者治疗后运动功能和日常生活活动能力均明显提高(P<0.01),对照组较治疗组提高的幅度小(P<0.05)。结论电刺激小脑顶核能够提高急性脑梗死患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Fastigial Nucleus Stimulation (FNS) on rehabilitation of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 64 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group had been treated with FNS on the base of routine medical treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation for 1 months.Their functions were evaluated by the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function integration and Barthel Index. Results The motor function and activity of daily living of two groups improved obviously (P<0.01).While the rate of recovery in control group was lower than those in treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusions FNS can improve motor function and activity of daily living. |
