自我隐瞒水平对精神分裂症患者一级亲属心理健康状况及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨自我隐瞒水平对精神分裂症患者一级亲属心理健康状况及生活质量的影响.方法 对符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的精神分裂症患者的生物学子女或同胞,进行自我隐瞒量表(SCS)测评,根据其得分将其分为高分组、低分组.尔后再比较其症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQ-LI)得分情况.结果 186例精神分裂症患者一级亲属SCS评分为(36.24±11.02)分,显著高于常模的(29.20±8.73)分(t=5.21.P<0.01);高分组36例,平均得分(40.57±11.64)分,低分组27例,平均得分(32.81±9.04)分(t=2.81,P<0.01).自我隐瞒高分组精神分裂症患者一级亲属SCL-90评分,除"精神病性"因子外,其他各因子评分及总分均高于低分组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).自我隐瞒高分组精神分裂症患者一级亲属GQLI总分及各因子分均显著低于低分组.差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01).精神分裂症患者一级亲属SCS评分与SCL-90总分、GQLI总分相关系数分别为0.384,-0.336,与SCL-90评分显著正相关(P<0.01)、与GQLI评分显著负相关(P<0.01).结论 自我隐瞒水平对精神分裂症患者一级亲属心理健康状况及生活质量具有重要影响,高分组心理健康状况、生活质量差于低分组.

Effects of sdf-concealment on mental health levd and life quanty of the first degree relatives of the sdhizophrenia pattents

Objective To explore the effects of self-concealment on mental health state and life quality of the first degree relatives of the schizophrenia patients.Methods The physiological children and siblings of the schizophrenia patients who meet the DSM-Ⅳ criteria had been tested using Self-concealment Scale(SCS)and divided to one higher group and another lower group according to their scales.Then the results of the two groups had been compared with the scales from the testing with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and General Quality of Life Inventory(GQLI)respectively.Results The scales of 186 first degree relatives of schizophrenia were 36.24±11.02,significantly higher than 29.20±8.73 of normal model(t=5.21,P＜0.01).36 were in higher group with average scales of40.57±11.64 and 27 were in lower group with average scales of 32.81±9.04(t=2.81.P＜0.01).In higher self-concealment group most factor-scales of SCL-90 except of psychotic factor were significantly higher than those of lower group(P＜0.05)while the scales of GQLI in higher group were significantly lower than those in lower group(P＜0.05P or＜0.01).The scales of SCS in the first degree relatives of schizophrenia had a positive correlation with the scales of SCL-90(correlation index 0.384,P＜0.01)and a negative correlation with the scales of GQLI(correlation index-0.336,P＜0.01).Conclusion Self-concealment level in the first degree relatives has significant effect on their mental health and life quality.Higher group leads a bad mental health and life quality than lower group.
