淋巴瘤的超微结构研究

目的 :运用透射电镜对淋巴瘤标本进行观察 ,同时结合临床资料及光镜、免疫组化标记进行对比研究 ,以探讨电镜技术在淋巴瘤诊断中的意义。　方法 :对 72例淋巴瘤标本进行光镜、电镜观察 ,4 9例进行免疫组化标记。　结果 :72例淋巴瘤中有 6 7例电镜肯定了光镜的诊断 ,有 5例电镜检查提供了新的病理形态改变信息。　结论 :通过淋巴瘤超微结构特征的观察 ,为淋巴瘤的病理诊断提供更加可靠的形态学依据。电镜技术具有补充光镜、免疫组化的观察及辅助诊断的作用

Ultrastructural observation of lymphoma

Objectives: Applying electron microscopy to observed the ultrastructur of lymphoma combined with clinical data,light microscopy and immunhistochemistry, to explore the electron microscopic technology used in the course of clinical diagnosis of lymphoma. Methods: We examined 72 patients with lymphoma, light and electron microscopic studies were performed, among them, 49 were examined by immunhistochemistry. Results: The ultrastructure of 67 patients with lymphoma confirmed the light microscopic diagnosis. However, the rest provide new pathologic information of morphologic changes. Conclusions:The observation of ultrastractural features of lymphoma providing confirmed morphologic evidence to help the clinical diagnosis of lymphoma.
