摘    要:目的 :考察机器煎煮法与直火煎煮法制备中药汤剂的质量优劣。方法 :用高效液相色谱法比较两种方法制备丹参汤剂的化学成分 ,并将其主要有效成分丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量作为考察指标。结果 :两种制备方法对化学成分几无影响 ,丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量机器煎煮法分别是直火煎煮法的2 97倍和5 6倍。结论 :机器煎煮法制备丹参汤剂可成倍提高有效成分的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To make an investigation on the quality of decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine prepared by decocting device and fire heating decocting method.METHODS:To compare the chemical compositions in decoctions of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge prepared by above-mentioned two methods and to take the contents of danshensu and protocatechualdehyde as indices,both of which were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:There were no evident difference between the two methods in extracting chemical compositions.In addition,the contents of danshensu and protocatechualdehyde prepared by decocting device were as2.97times and5.6times as those prepared by fire heating decocting method respectively.CONCLUSION:The prepaˉration of decoction of Saliva miltiorrhiza Bunge by decocting device can double the effective constituents.This provides scienˉtific basis for making rational use of herbs.
