| 摘 要： | 社区健康教育是城区健康教育的重要组成部分，是建设健康城市的重要内容。如何加强社区健康教育工作的管理，是搞好社区健康教育的关键。针对目前社区健康教育方面存在的领导体制和管理体制不顺所带来的种种问题，严重地影响了社区健康教育与健康促进工作的开展。笔者根据多年从事基层健康教育工作的经验，对社区健康教育工作中存在的问题提出了一些供参考的对策．或许这些办法，对大家共同面临的社区健康教育困惑寻找其出路有着启迪的作用。

| Abstract: | Commnity health education,the significant ingredients of city health education,plays an important role in constructing health cities.How to strengthen the management of community health cities has been the key to community health education.Any issues due to the disorder of leadership and management system in the respect of community health education,has seriously impacted the de-velopmentof community health education and health improvement.On the basis of many year!s experience of grass"roots health educa-tion,the writer provides some solutions for reference which may help you find the way to solve the common questions. |
