| 摘 要： | 分析了我院1982.5～1990.5经纤支镜活检证实的40岁以下肺癌72例,占同期肺癌的7.46％,其中男性55例,女性17例,有明确吸烟史者28例,其初期误诊率约为58.3％。在组织类型上以未分化癌最多占41.67％,纤支镜检以管内型最多,占68.06％。X线上以中心型最多占80.86％,且鳞癌多表现为管内型及中心型14/15。本文还讨论了40岁以下肺癌的特点,强调了纤支镜检查的重要性。

| Abstract: | Seventy-two cases with pulmonary cancer aged under 40 were analyzed (55 males and 17 females). At the early stage, the misdiagnoatic rate was about 58.3%; histologically, the incidence of undiferentiated type was comparatively high in 30 cases (41.67%); the incidence of intraluminal carcinous was also comparatively high in 49 cases (68.06%) by the examination of fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FB). The characteristics of the cases were also discussed. Our belief is that FB is the best way to detect lung cancer at the early stage. |
