穴位埋线结合中胚层疗法治疗单纯性肥胖

目的探讨穴位埋线结合中胚层疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的方法。方法对78例患者行辨证分型的治疗原则,每种分型治疗两组穴位。将特定埋线针刺入穴位,达到一定深度(即中胚层),待局部有酸、胀、麻感后,将线埋入体内。两组穴位交替进行,15d一次,3次为一个疗程。结果78例患者经过一个疗程的治疗,体重下降至标准体重的16例,显效42例,有效14例,无效6例。总有效率为92%。78例患者治疗前平均体重82.24kg,治疗后平均体重76.18kg,平均减少6.06kg。结论穴位埋线与中胚层疗法治疗单纯性肥胖疗效明显,治疗次数少,省时、经济、疗效好,作用持久,患者痛苦小,依从性好,值得进一步研究。

Treatment of simple obesity with mesotherapy and implantation at acupoints

Objective To explore combined method of mesotherapy and catgut implantation at acupoints for treating simple obesity and disscus the mechanism. Methods Seventy-eight cases were treated with mesotherapy. There was a 15 day interval between treatments, and three treatments constituted one course. Results After one course of treatment, 16 cases in which body weight decreased to standard weight. The average effect was weight loss to 92 percent of original body weight; the original average weight in 78 cases was 82.24 kg before treatment and 76.18 kg after treatment, an average weight loss was 6.06 kg. Clinical signs of obesity, such as body fat content, fat thickness etc. had been obviously. Conclusion Mesotherapy can be used to treat simple obesity. The curative effect of mesotherapy is very good. This method can save money and time and results are long lasting.
