| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了９４例胃十二指肠动脉参与肝癌侧支供血的血管造影资料，描述其侧支供血的Ｘ线表现。根据供血量的多少分为主要供血、合并供血和辅助供血三种类型。上述分型能反映胃十二指肠动脉参与肝癌侧支供血的特点，对治疗提供影像诊断依据。本文还探讨了胃十二指肠动脉侧支供血的形成机制，认为与肝癌侵及脏面包膜或突出至脏面轮廓以外有关。

| Abstract: | The angiographyic datas of 94 cases of collateral blood-supply by gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) were analysed.The X-ray manifestation of collateral blood-supply which was classified into main,joined and affiliated types according to blood-supply amount was discussed.The classification might represent the collateral blood-supply characteristic and would provide diagnostic imaging basis for treatment.The forming mechanism of collateral blood-suply which was related to invading visceral hepatic capsule or protruding outline of visceral surface by PHC was discusse. |
