摘    要:在62例接受右心导管检查的患者中测量了肺动脉收缩压、平均压及平均压的自然对数值(PASP、PAMP、LnPAMP),并应用多普勒超声技术同步测量了肺动脉血流的AT、AT/ET、PEP/ET和PEP/AT。结果显示,PEP/AT与肺动脉压三项指标的相关最佳(r分别为0.65、0.63和0.62);AT、AT/ET与肺动脉压的相关次之(r分别为-0.54、-0.55和-0.50以及-0.42、-0.45和-0.43);PEP/ET与肺动脉压的相关较差(r分别为0.39、0.38和0.42)。

Comparative Accuracy of Doppler-derived Pulmonary Flow Time Intervals in Estimating Pulmonary Arterial Pressures

Abstract:Right heart catheterization examinations were carried out in 62 patients with various cardiac lesions to measure pulmonary arteria! systolic and mean pressures (PASP, PAMP) and the logarithm of PAMP (Ln PAMP), simultaneous recordings of AT, AT/ET, PEP/ET, PEP/AT of pulmonary blood flow were made by Doppler echocardiography, with an aim of comparing accuracy of Doppler-derived pulmonarv flow time intervals in estimating pulmonary arterial pressures. The results showed that the best correlations with PA pressures were obtained by the PEP/AT (r =0.64 56, 0. 6277, 0.6180 vs PASP, PAMP, LnPAMP respectively). The AT and AT/ET correlated well with PA pressures (r= 0.5377, -0.5529; -0.5044 for AT vs PASP, PAMP and LnPAMP respectively; r= -0.4189, -0.4454, -0.4288 for AT/ET vs PASP, PAMP and LnPAMP respectively). The correlations between PEP/ET and PA pressures were not so good as those between AT, AT/ET and PA pressures (r = 0.3942, 0.3844, 0.4181 vs PASP, PAMP and LnPAMP).
