| 摘 要： | 本文分析了40例肺恶性肿瘤的支气管动脉造影表现，其特征性表现有肿瘤血管、肿瘤染色和肿瘤包绕改变，三者出现率分别为67．5％，50％和87．5％。其次表现为B－P分流和血管聚拢改变。本文还讨论了肺恶性肿瘤支气管动脉造影的临床诊断价值和鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | 40 cases of manifestation of pulmonary malignant tumor of bronchial arteriography (BAG) were analysed. It were described that the typical arteriographic manifestations (tumor vessel 67. 5 %,tumor stain 50%,tumor encirclement 87. 5 % ). The value in the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary malignant tumor of BAG were discussed. |
