| 摘 要： | 土贝母制剂对体外培养的人肾颗粒细胞癌细胞系GRC-1和裸鼠移植性人肾透明细胞癌RLC-310的生长有明显抑制作用,并可诱导癌细胞发生凋亡。应用流式细胞仪(FCM)分析药物作用前后癌细胞细胞周期的变化,结果提示土贝母可阻止GRC-1及RLC-310细胞由G_0/G_1期向S期进展,抑制DNA合成,并使DNA指数下降。本研究为土贝母临床应用治疗肾细胞癌提供了重要的实验依据。

| Abstract: | Significant growth suppression of renal granular cell carcinoma GRC-1 cell line in vitro and transplanted renal clear cell carcinoma RLC-310 in nude mice was produced by Tubeimoside prepartion. Tubeimoside could reduce the allotypy of cancer cells and induce apoptosis of tumor cells as well. Remarkable Ga/Gt phase cell accumulation and decrease in proportion of S phase cell were observed by flow cytometer after the drug administration. The DNA content and DNA index diminished too. |
