| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小瞳孔状态下小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出的手术技巧和注意事项。方法对45眼小瞳孔白内障行巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘出，植入后房型人工晶状体。结果术后矫正视力≥0．5者33眼（73.33％）；术后36眼瞳孔恢复生理圆形（80．00％）；无明显并发症。结论掌握手术适应证和手术技巧，及时治疗并发症，小瞳孔下小切口非超声乳化手术是一种可靠的方法．

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and attention points in non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery through a small pupil.Methods 45 cataracts were extracted by means of above method and implanted IOL.Results The vision acuity of 33 eyes(73.3%) are better than 0.5.In 36 eyes(80%),the normal round pupil was obtained after the surg ery.No obvious complications were found.Conclusions Cataract extraction and IOL implantation through small pupils with small incision of scleral tunnel can get good results as long as you select the right indications and surgical techniques properly. |
