利福霉素钠注射液治疗肺结核疗效观察

目的观察利福霉素钠注射液（立复欣）治疗肺结核的临床效果。方法对93例肺结核采用静脉滴注利福霉素钠注射液治疗（治疗组）。并与同期口服利福平（对照组）进行比较。结果治疗组痰菌转阴、病灶吸收、症状改善与对照组相似。恶心、呕吐副作用低于对照组。结论利福霉素钠注射液在肺结核治疗中具有肯定疗效，是不能口服抗结核药或恶心、呕吐较重者的有效措施。

Curative effects of rifamycin sodium injection on pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To observe the curative effect of rifamycin sodium injection on pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 93 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were treated by intravenous drip of rifamycin sodium injection （treatment group）. Rifampin was administrated orally to control group and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The sputum negative conversion rate, the focus of infection adsorption and symptom amelioration were similar in the two groups （P〉0. 05）. The side effects such as nausea and vomiting were milder in the treatment group than the control one. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rifamycin sodium injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis has a definite effect, and it is especially suitable for those who are unable to take the medicine orally or tortured with heavy nausea and vomiting symptoms.
