| 摘 要： | 肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是肝脏组织的一种间质细胞,具有多种生理功能,对肝纤维化的形成与转归起到关键作用.HSC同样在血吸虫病肝纤维化形成及其调节中起到重要作用.该文就HSC的生物学特性、活化及其在血吸虫病肝纤维化中的作用作一综述.

| Abstract: | Hepatic stellate cell(HSC),with a variety of physiological functions,is a kind of liver stromal cell.It plays an important role in the formation and regulation of hepatic fibrosis.HSC also plays a key role in hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis.This review focused on biological characteristics,activation of hepatic stellate cells and its role in hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis. |
