肝细胞肝癌中血管内皮生长因子与浸润树突状细胞表达的相关性研究

研究肝细胞癌(HCC)中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与浸润性树突状细胞(DC)的相关性。用免疫 组织化学方法研究45例HCC组织标本VEGF的表达及s-100阳性标记的DC数量,并探讨两者的相关性。在HCC 中VEGF的阳性表达和s-100蛋白阳性表达率分别为62．2％(28／45)和46．7％(21／45),VEGF及DC均与肝癌的转 移有关(P均<0．05);VEGF的阳性表达与DC的浸润程度呈负相关(P<0．05)。HCC组织中VEGF的表达与DC的 浸润程度呈负相关,两者在肝癌发生发展中均起重要作用。

The relationship between dendritic cell infiltration and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in hepatocellular carcinoma

To study the relationship between the dendritic cell (DC) infiltration and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .45 HCCs were examined by immunohistochemical methed to detect the s - 100 protein - positive DC and VEGF exprssion. The positive expression rate of VEGF and DC in HCCs were 62.2% and 46.7% respectively . The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with the metastasis of HCC ( P < 0.05), DC infiltration was negtively correlated with the metastasis of HCC; There was significant correlation between VEGF and DC ( P < 0.05). The results suggested that VEGF and DC play important roles on the progression of HCC. DC was negtively correlated with the VEGF expression in HCC.
