河北健康汉族人群GSTO2基因多态性研究

摘    要:目的探讨河北汉族人群谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶O2(GSTO2)基因多态性的分布情况。方法应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对210例河北汉族正常人进行GSTO2N142D和GSTO2 A183G基因多态性分析。结果河北汉族人群GSTO2 N142D和GSTO2 A183G基因多态性符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。河北汉族人群GSTO2 N142D基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布与贵州汉族人群、台湾地区人群、泰国人群、伊朗人群、意大利人群、美国人群有显著差异(P0.05)。河北汉族人群GSTO2 A183G基因型频率分布与台湾地区人群、德国人群、美国人群有显著差异(P0.05),而与日本人群无显著差异(P0.05);但其等位基因频率与台湾地区人群、日本人群、德国人群、美国人群有显著差异(P0.05)。结论河北汉族人群GSTO2基因存在多态性,具有特异性。

Genetic polymorphisms of glutathione s-transferase omega2 among healthy Han population in hebei province
Abstract:Objective To study the glutathione s-transferase omega2 genetic polymorphisms among healthy Han population of Hebei province.Method Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the genotypes distribution of GSTO2 N142D and GSTO2 A183G in 210 healthy Han population of Hebei province.Results The genotype distribution of the healthy Hebei Han population was in good agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The GSTO2 N142D gene and allele distributions in Hebei healthy Han population are significantly different from Guizhou Han population、Taiwan population、Thais、Iranian、Italian and American(P<0.05).The Genotype frequencies of GSTO2 A183G in Hebei healthy Han population are significantly different from Taiwan population、German and American(P<0.05),but are similar to Japanese(P>0.05).The Allele frequencies of GSTO2 A183G in Hebei healthy Han population are significantly different from Taiwan population、Japanese、German and American(P<0.05).Conclusion There is polymorphisms in GSTO2 N142D and GSTO2 A183G among healthy Han population of Hebei province. Hebei Han people GSTO2 gene polymorphisms are specific.
