连翘败毒片的抗内毒素及免疫调节作用研究

摘    要:【目的】研究连翘败毒片的抗内毒素及免疫调节作用。【方法】测定大鼠内毒素模型的肝线粒体脂质过氧化物(LPO)、溶酶体酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,观察小鼠死亡率;采用血清抗体生成方法测定小鼠溶血素和采用二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的小鼠局部迟发超敏DTH反应,并记录其胸腺指数和脾指数。【结果】连翘败毒片可降低线粒体中的LPO和ACP浓度,升高SOD活性,对内毒素所致小鼠的死亡有明显的保护作用,显著增加小鼠血清HC50含量,并增加小鼠迟发超敏DHC反应、胸腺指数和脾指数。【结论】连翘败毒片具有抗内毒素及提高机体细胞免疫、体液免疫的作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To research the anti-endotoxin and immunity modulation effect of Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit. [Methods] Lipoperoxid(LPO) in liver mitochondrion,acid phosphatasse(ACP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)ac-tivity in lysosome of endotoxic rats were determined and the mortality rate was observed.Hemolysin of mice was measured by serum antibody check method and local delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)was induced by dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB),and thymus exponent and spleen exponent were recorded. [Result] Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit could decrease the concentration of LPO and ACP and increase SOD activity.It had marked protective effect against en-dotoxic mortality in mice,markedly increase serum HC50 content,increase delayed hypersensitivity(DHC)and increase thymus and spleen exponent. [Conclusion] Antiphlogistic tablet with Forsythia Fruit has anti-endotoxin action and may improve cell and fluid immunity of the organism.
