| 摘 要： | 目的了解在校大学生功能性便秘患者自我保健意识和行为能力,以便有针对性地开展教育干预。方法采用自填问卷调查法对237名功能性便秘学生和565名非便秘学生进行了有关功能性便秘预防的自我保健意识和行为的测查。结果功能性便秘组大学生在排便习惯、缓解压力、久坐习惯、参加运动、饮水量以及控制上火行为等方面的自我保健意识和行为能力平均秩次高于非便秘组大学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论功能性便秘大学生有关预防功能性便秘的自我保健意识和行为能力不如非便秘大学生。提高在校大学生防治功能性便秘的自我保健水平是高校保健工作的重要内容之一。
